You can complete your orders by using one of the online payment methods
provided at the payment step.

offers installment options for purchases made with World, Bonus, Axess, Maximum,
CardFinans, and Advantage credit cards.

Deliveries are not made by courier companies on official holidays. The delivery process resumes according to the courier company's work schedule after the holidays.

Your order will be delivered to you within 10 days at the latest after the campaign for the product you purchased has ended.

You can track the status of your order from the My Account > My Orders section. When your order is delivered to the cargo company, you can view the current status of your shipment via the "Where is my cargo?" link in the My Orders section.

When your order is out for delivery, you will be notified by SMS by the cargo company.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a delivery

If you are not at your address during delivery, the shipping company may direct your package to the nearest branch where you can pick it up and leave a notification note regarding the matter.

If you do not pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us.

For our return shipments, we currently only have an agreement with Aras Kargo.

For purchases made through our online store, returns or exchanges cannot be made
at our physical stores.

You must complete your return and exchange processes through your online order.

Details section of the relevant product. We recommend reviewing the
measurement and size information in the product details before making your
purchase.
